At Hug Chair Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item was delivered within the last 14 days

• The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or made-to-order furniture

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at

with the following details:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will guide you through the return process, including the return shipping address and any applicable instructions.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Hug Chair Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

• Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photos and your order number

• We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost
